Thinking of getting one of these for my 1 yr old son. Anybody have any experience with them?

For the price I'm not expecting much but it seems fun that it's dual mode so kids can work the pedals to drive it if when they are big enough or they can just sit there and it comes with a remote control and I can drive it for him that way.

Cool, but how often do you have to change the belts?

Got a similar one for my son a few years ago. He loved the way it looked but thought it was too slow. It could barely make it up the driveway. I upgraded the battery and motor for about 50 bucks total and he seems to like it a lot more now.

I bought an Italian made battery powered Porsche Boxster for the 3 yr old rug rat a few years back. Great quality but a little slow. Obviously he thought it was fast enough to take on a Gallardo. Don't know much of the Chinese Rastar brand.

I have the Feber 430 for my son. I got it about a year ago. Its not remote control, but he can drive it around and such. He LOVES it although we havent let him take it outside - he loves to sit in it and drive it around the house.

just bought it for my two year old daughter. It's fun for her. could be faster but plenty for now, a one year old will definitely need to have you use the remote as the gas pedal is hard to reach for her at two.
