Regarding Ian's comments...I believe Ayrton is F1's best driver hands down...but to say he never complained about the team being against him rings hollow. In fact, he was convinced Balestre and the FIA was conspiring against him. Hamilton is not the first driver to complain about a lack of support. I don't necessarily disagree with his complaints (or Ayrton's) either. Both guys are different than Prost, Schumacher, etc. Their emotional natures are part of their driving brilliance.
My wife is younger than I am, so is my old lady my dear Mom? I never argue with Mom. All the best, Andrew.
+1 Did Senna have a FB account Twitter ect ....man alive! ....I'd swear, some on here would be happier eating dung for breakfast, and watching Chariot racing... Times move on ...for better or worse ...that's debatable, we have drivers now, and we have opinions on who we think are the better ones.....next..
Actually, I'm just getting into law. I'll be combining advanced scientific and legal qualifications to fill what I perceive as an interesting niche. All the best, Andrew. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
I have just a small question... As I see one user was banned because he was "personal" against another user who already called him the "biggest whiner", others are "sore loosers", again others are "not able to read and write" and lately he compared the entire Forum with Auschwitz. Does this make any sense? I do not think so and I guess I am not alone with that...
Yes he used a really bad analogy, and was warned about it AFAIK. As for the rules, you do not personally attack anyone.
Taking the MPEP registration exam with the USPTO soon and will use that to get a job in biotech patent law as either a patent agent or patent examiner. After that, I'll explore the possibility of a part-time law degree to become a patent attorney with a biotech speciality. All the best, Andrew. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
People bully me and send personal attacks my way all the time. Yet I've necer reported a single post. So if Ians post got reported someone else must have found it offence. All I do is have an opinion and I always back it up with facts and statistics. I'm not rude to people (are at times but only in retaliation after they have been rude to me). If people don't like my posts they don't need to click on my threads. There are many other threads in the f1 section that I never even post in. If my posts get quoted it's easy to have self control and not read them. I don't see the issue here
I know this will never be considered but why not doing, in contrast to the fchat ambassador every year, an "fchat dumbassador". Every year people vote to ban someone forever or for one year. It would feel unjust but would keep people on their toes from incessantly bringing forward their propaganda while caring only of not breaching the rules of the site. It would make the place better imo. Just a thought, this might backfire!
The problem with that is, then the sycophants would all align even more and the contrarians would be eliminated one by one. Personally I prefer people who think outside the mainstream and are willing to take some heat for standing their ground. We got plenty of the other group.
We've just spent enormous energy discussing ad hominem attacks and you immediately follow all that up with one. Please be more amicable upon your return in a week. All the best, Andrew.
