Don't know if this is true, but Kenny B is only making $25K for this fight.

I actually thought these refs were paid this and more all the time.

Even the referee for the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight is making a ton of money | For The Win

Even if Pacman loses this fight, he is still greater than Mayweather.

Seriously, this fight should have happened 6 years ago (Yeah..Probably, you cannot hear this anymore, but this is the truth). Mayweather is just smart and a fox , that he made his wish realize by waiting until the Pacman´s career is slowing down.

A lot of BS conditions that were suggested by Mayweather (Blood test and fight money share 60:40)give the hope for Mayweather that he will dominate this fight.

You know that Pacman once stated that he doesn´t feel good 3 days if accepting the blood test.. Now, Pacman has a huge problem.

I am going to watch this fight, but I would never wonder if Mayweather makes it (I hope not)..

Even in their primes Mayweather would win. Since Pacquiao has been off the juice, yes I believe he was on it. You don't physically dominate junior middleweights coming from 106 pounds, he looks smaller now. Mayweather would then, as now snuff out his offense.

This fight will be decided on one punch, Mayweathers counter right, and to a lesser extent his lead right. If Mayweathers reflexes are still there and he can time Pacquiao he will get beat up. If Mayweather is off, Pacquiao wins.

Watching the "Clinchko" fight this weekend, I thought, that's exactly what Mayweather will do when Pacquiao gets close, grab and lean on him. Lets see how much it's tolerated.

That's the thing, if Pacquio keeps Mayweathers clinching at bay by throwing plenty of punches I think he has it won. :)

I have a feeling, if Mayweather win, he will not give Pacman a rematch but Pacman would.

Agree completely. I'm so excited I won't be able to sleep Friday night. I'm a southpaw boxer too, and ironically own a 458 which looks pretty similar to Pacman's.

I hate that wife-beating, Bieber-loving mongoloid from the bottom of my soul.

Going to my bro's home to watch fight with his 100% Filipino family. Good times ahead:)

    This makes no sense.

Both fighters are dealt with the disadvantage of father time equally - 5 years.

If anything, Mayweather is at a greater disadvantage, simply because, he is older than Pacquiao.

Ray has no affiliation with either fighter.

When I asked him about the fight this past weekend, he thought that the fight would just be difficult for Pacquiao to win.

That said, he thought that because of the magnitude of this fight, both fighters would be nervous, and therefore, knockout opportunities exist in the early rounds.

And there you have it, the 6-time World Champion's opinion.

    I agree.

I also think this will be a very exciting fight.

Zzono is right. Pacquiao's fighting style is a swarmer, he throws a hundred punches per round and he needs to dart around to avoid getting hit. Tremendous wear and tear on the joints, ligaments over the years. And he gets hit quite a bit. Also he fights on Instincts and Reflex and he needs to be extremely quick. These, you lose when you're into your 30s.

Mayweather's style is a defensive, technical fighter. Very little wear and tear. And technical skills you gain more and more as the years go by. Mayweather is always learning , in his gym with other fighters challenging each other.

Mayweather knows swarmers have shorter careers so he waits till he thinks Pacquiao is past his prime.

Pacquiao's style is Mayweather's worst nightmare. How do you defend against a guy who throws a hundred punches? Pacquiao's nightmare is a knockout artist. Looks at Marquez fight #4. (Even though Marquez isn't exactly a knockout artist, but he worked on being one.) A knockout artist's nightmare is a defensive counter puncher fighter like Floyd. It's a scissors paper stone kind of thing. Styles makes the fight, as the saying going.

So Floyd has been working on knockouts. His camp(Ellerbe) assured us he wants to "take Manny's head off". He got steroid guru Angel Heredia , who worked with a beefed up Marquez and prior to that the Olympic Balco athletes(Marion Jones etc) whom he sold steroids to and he snitched out when he was arrested, he got away scott free.

Manny's camp knowing this also wants to knock Mayweather out. Pacquiao's camp claim he will knockout Mayweather, probably by the 3rd round.

It is WAR and it'll be insane. The fight will be intense right from the start. I can't wait.

The PPV will go through the roof, pass 300 mil + other revenues over half billion. The funny thing about PPV is that Showtime and HBO barely make any money. They split only 7.5%. 92.5% goes to the two fighters.

I've met Pacquiao and I'm a staunch Pacman supporter.
