Looking at a rossa corsa/beige 06 F430 Berlinetta, 3 pedal, 5k miles, light options (yellow tach, cd changer, red calipers, carbon dash inserts, power seats), no shields, but in beautiful condition, drives great, 2 owner (the last owner had it for 8 years and 4500 of the miles) and a clean Carfax. Any thoughts on a reasonable price for the car from a dealer with a fresh 2 year service and a 1 year CPO warranty? I'm smitten.

What is the asking price? I'd be willing to come up with 120-130 for a car like that.

low mileage and dealer car that should be around 110K that I am willing to pay. Unless the 3-Pedals is now required extra premium.

You two are both (way) too low. That car will sell for more.

FWIW ~ I have personal knowledge of a 8000 mile 2005 three pedal highly optioned F430 coupe in red (and immaculate) that just sold (last week) for $145k.

It might sticker at $145 or $150 but I doubt the transaction will close at that amount.

What you are willing to pay, versus what it will actually sell for are two different numbers, and I don't think the OP is asking what you will pay, he is asking what is a reasonable offer to make. The market seems to be asking around $140k to $155k. They are probably actually transacting around $125k to $135k depending on year, options and miles. There are definitely "outliers" that are selling even higher...I'm not saying that is what I would pay, or if I even think those numbers are reasonable...that is just a rough approximation of where the current market is.

I could not resist and now have a deposit down on it. This will be my first F-car, and I have to say, although I have been driving Porsches for decades and bought countless nice cars, the experience at the dealership was outstanding and stress-free. I took some iPhone photos -- how does one embed photos without having to upload them? -- and would be happy to share.

The car is extremely clean, looks brand new (although they have yet to service or detail it, it just came in). It drove perfectly, clutch felt light and it shifted cleanly, just a little balky on the downshift from 3rd to 2nd, it wanted a pause or a throttle blip to slip in smoothly but it did not grind or refuse to go in.

They are going to CPO it and do the full service before delivery, so I'm sure they will look it over closely.

I may be paying a bit more but for a first-time owner to buy from a Ferrari dealer and be able to establish a relationship and service the car there is worth it to me. It's hard to put an exact figure on paper because there was a trade involved but they were generous on the trade as well and we came out at what I think is a good place on the difference between the two cars.

I have been PM'ing people as they buy these cars. They are clearing close to ask. There was one that sold below this level a few months ago with higher mileage and the seller had several offers in days suggesting the price was too low. Clean three pedals clear the market north of 140 I'm a dealer sale (usually well north).

To be clear, the price range I referred to I. The post above only applies to 6MT Coupes. Have not been tracking deals done on F1 or spiders.
