    Don't let being a non Canadian deter you. Contact Canada's RCMP and discuss the issue with them. If you do not wish to do this, then contact your own local enforcement agency and perhaps have them talk to the RCMP and/or Interpol. Just because you are not a Citizen of Canada, etc does not mean that you do not have rights within Canadian and/or International Law.

    You know that there is not some law or regulation that says things you post have to be taken down at your request? It would be nice, but there is not.

    This is the problem with users who come on to the site for just one purpose and spend no time understanding the site's policies or culture. It is the general policy of the site NOT to delete posts on user's requests. You post it, you own it. That's the way we've done things for 15 years and we see no reason to change it for one or two parties that occasionally gets their panties in a wad.

    Your recourse is to post a retraction or the other party's recourse is to post a rebuttal. The entire chain of claim, counterclaim, and intervening commentary, is there for all to read and judge for themselves.

    What's really surprising about this is that Phil and Reza are supposedly traders. Any real trader knows that once you hit the "execute" button on the trading platform, you own the results. There are no "do overs" in trading. Same here, once a user hits "submit", then they should expect to live with what's been posted. :rolleyes:

    My guess would be that he was told by someone at the de-registered company that he would get his money back if he convinced Rob to remove the posts and he chose to believe it. Or at least he's thinking that it's worth giving it a shot in hopes that it's true. Possibly the same reasoning behind the YouTube retraction that was posted earlier in this same thread.

    I guess you guys didn't want to post the first one so I will try again. I have known Reza for 2 years and he has never approached me regarding investing in his company. I actually approached him to invest 500k in September 2014. I have seen his returns and being extremely busy with my company, my time is limited. He has been teaching me how to trade part time as I am extremely busy. All I can say is he is a stand up guy. No bull****. And extremely knowledgeable in the Forex markets.
