Hint: The Lakeshore restaurant address you presented doesn't match the registration address. I found the NZ registry info about 3 months ago and traced it to something different.
I don't know how to post a Google Maps result in the same way you did, but I entered 1900 Lake Shore Blvd West and it's a legitimate address for a condominium building. Not defending this guy in any way, just saying he didn't put in the address for where the Blue Jays play or anything.
To the best of my knowledge that's an outdated address. As per his most recent instagram pics from the last couple of years his new place is an estate house in Mississauga. I may be wrong. Just wanted to put that out there.
First i thought reza could be legit. after some research, i'm VERY sure he is not true. just some few examples: Who would write fake stories about himself? Just this should make you doubt: - it says he donated $450 000. it is not said what the donation was for - it says he is the "C.E.O. of a $50 million dollar empire" - he multiplies real numbers by x amount (for example he says he has 2 million active followers. when in reality it is maybe 3k or 50k maximum, rest is fake bots and bought followers) no honest person would try to whitewash and get a good image for himself by publicizing "hero stories" with obvious lies and shady facts well done reza.... He can still be a nice person though. But my suggestion: stay away, atleast be careful
