Fact of the matter is many ppl will get upset bc they sold too soon or missed the party all together.. In the long term, CS prices will be higher. Sure it will pull back (as any healthy market should ) but that's your opportunity to buy it IMO.. Time will tell.. Guys relax its Friday cheers
Exactly! Now it's time for a beer or 2 or 4 haha! enjoy guys, we are fortunate to be even talking about this stuff these are 1st world issues. I love Ferrari and what's more than the valuation, be it overvalued or undervalued, they are very special and make you feel great, and I think that is something we can all agree on
JASON! I am NOT hating ! The CS is a beautiful car ! I love them! I just think they are in the middle of a price bubble right now.
Hey guys, I've been following this thread and just wanted to jump in. I'm in sales at Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale and if I can help in any way, please feel free to call me. We do have a great selection of Ferraris right now and as of yesterday, the 360 CS was still available. It's really getting harder and harder to find a nice, clean 360 CS and this is one of them. If you have any questions or your looking for something, please give me a call. Hank Carpenter 336-516-3855 cell 954-449-2451 direct
you're at sales at an F-dealership....the CS was never called a 360 CS... just sayin....you shld know this better than any one of us......that is one of the very many reasons the CS is much coveted now, in my opinion...it stands alone....don't dilute it (haters will say yes it is a 360, on a different note, cars like the Scud and the manual 430 are unicorns of some sort and therefore aren't in a bubble but i'm just stating the fact on what it was and what it is (on the CS))
window stickers are by the local dealerships (plz correct me if i'm wrong) if the gentleman three posts above from an F-dealership can make a mistake calling it a 360 CS, i bet anyone printing window stickers can do the same...pretty sure the factory never called it a 360 anywhere....just Challenge Stradale
well i did look and you are right......but it was still not marketed as a 360 CS... Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's $210000 usd, for a car with about 23000 miles. Factoring that, you could assume a price of $240000 usd with 15000 miles, $280000 with 7000 miles. In the UK, cars are selling for about $325000 usd with mileage under 10000.
There's a very interesting CS for sale here in the Netherlands. I looked at it today and it was the first white Stradale I've ever seen in person. Stunning color, especially with the red-black alcantara interior! The car is in perfect condition and looks very clean. I wish I had an extra €250k laying around to buy this car, what a beauty! It's a one-owner car, original paint. Recently imported from Japan to the Netherlands by Douwe Leitner of Auto Leitner in Alkmaar. Anyone see this one in person ? Used 2004 FERRARI 360 CHALLENGE For Sale | Fort Lauderdale FL | VIN: ZFFDU57A540139176
My owner's manual and warranty card all list the car as a Challenge Stradale. I try not to get too hung up on nomenclature, otherwise I would go crazy everytime I see F360 or F458.
Just a casual observation.... some of you "Challenge Stradale" owners are just a little too oversensitive to things and it's apparent that you get a little excited over talking about cars. Calling someone out because of how they abbreviated a model is a little silly IMO.
silly isn't a strong enough word. how about crazy? it's like a hobby, but some of us take it more seriously than others. it's just part of the fun of being an enthusiast. when i first got my Stradales back in 2004 i had personalized license plates made for both of them (360CS1 and 360CS2). but when i was made aware that Ferrari never actually referred to Stradales as a "360 anything" i replaced my license plates with CS1 and CS2. now i can sleep at night.
