    Greetings,

On this Friday, I've ordered a brand new F12 here in Munich at a dealer.
Past years I've owned mostly Porsche's and R8. Never owned a Ferrari since 1998 when my father used to own a '96 F355 GTS back in 1996, and later he gave it to me till I sold the car in 1998. In 2006 was last time I drove a Ferrari, my friends F430.

So, first time I went to dealer in March, I went for the 458 Spider(I was interested for it not F12), because owning an open top Ferrari, reminded me good times and all the fun I had back in the days with the F355 GTS. I test drove, the 458 Spider, liked a lot. But the next day I went to dealer, I thought why not try a V12 Ferrari. I tried the F12 and was absolutely AMAZED by sound and driving (looks not so much).

After a month and a half, I finally decided and placed the order on F12.
    Here is my configuration.
    -Rosso Corsa
-Cuoio interior & Cuoio floor carpets
-Upper & lower dashboard in Nero leather
    -Headliner Cuoio leather
    -Pillars in black Alcantara
-Standard white stitching & black horse stitch on headrest
-Daytona style seats, with no contrasting inserts
    -20" Forged silver paint wheels
    -Calipers in Nero Lucido
    -AFS & Suspension lift
    -Park camera front&rear
    -"Scuderia Ferrari" shields of course
-Black low mirror and black sports sill cover (Not carbon)
-LED Steering wheel & Tachometer in Nero
    -Navtrak & JBL sound system

Glad that you got a nicely optioned F12 with lots of horsepower.... ideal for the 'no speed limit' roads.
    Congrats!!!

    Thanks!
Haha, I will stand out all the year except summer, because when summer comes, city is "covered" with supercars and hypercars from Swiss, Arab states, etc. Especially the Maximilian street, which is full of supercars :D

    Cheers

    Thanks!

I wanted to keep the classic red/cuoio look, fully inspired from my old F355.
Also I kept carbon parts away from my configuration, helping the classic look, and my wallet too :D.

When I asked the dealer, if factory can paint the aluminum interior trim, to piano black or brushed black, they said it will cost as much as the carbon trim, because it will be Tailor Made program.

Really? Here in Munich we have tons of 911 Turbos! Next time if you will stay in Munich should go to the Maximilianstraße or Leopoldstraße and you can also see a few Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Aston Martin's ... and if you have luck you will see a Bugatti Veyron :)

    Congratulations!

True that the F12 doesn't have the spaceship look of the 458. It is far more subtle in appearance (if you can call any Fcar's look subtle). I think its a personal decision as to which aspects of the Ferrari ownership experience are most important to you. However, if at any time you think your F12 is not getting enough attention, please just depress the accelerator!
