Anyone notice excessive clutch slip in their new 458? Purchased a 2014 new that I traded for a new 2015 and I feel like the former was much better in this regard. Edging out into an intersection to then turn across lanes is somewhat scary. Is there a way to minimize this?

Something is not right, that never happens in my 2012.

There is no clutch as we know them, everything is internal to the transmission.

+458. Have a 14 also. Always keep in auto for first five minutes after cold start on account of my lead left foot. Never happened once.

My '14 is a little slip-prone before it warms up, but that's the only time

Can't use auto out of my house. It's a steep grade down and i use first gear manual, otherwise am riding the brakes all the way to town. Everything is warm by then except for the tires...thats about 5 to 10 more miles depending on the ambient temperature.

Many use auto until the car warms up and that's understandable. City mice vs country mice. ;)
