This thread has gone quiet so I thought i would post this pic. I especially like the two smiling dogs in the picture.
I love you guys and really wanted a Pantera but a once in a lifetime opportunity left me penniless with no more room in my 2 car garage. I will still stay a member and be on the POCA mailing list etc., but I could not resist this as much as I tried. I will still dream of that 71 red pantera and who knows maybe someday I will be lucky enough as you all to own one! http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/308-328/479384-robs-new-ferrari-308-gt4-adventure.html I will say this, I found the Pantera guys to be some of the coolest around and hope you all will still consider me a friend. yes I know the one I wanted will go on sale tomorrow.......
No But i have found this one. and If a joke were involved it would begin like this A foreigner walks into a bar!
For the weekend of 9th and 10th May Mr. Tom Tjaarda will visit my hometown of Zagreb, Croatia. along with some other respected car designers (Peter Stevens, Patrick Le Quement, Fabio Filippini...) For that occasion we are trying to gather some cars designed by our guests. As there are no Panteras in my country I'm looking for an owner from northern Italy, Austria, Hungary or elsewhere nearby that might be willing to drive or transport his/hers Pantera to Zagreb to be exhibited. If anyone here could point me to such a Pantera owner please send me a PM.
I just acquired this lovely 1971 Pantera from PI Motorsports in CA Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Congrats! I was just looking at mine today - after 9 years I enjoy it as much or more as the first day. Hope that's the same for you! Join PI (the Fchat of Pantera-dom) and learn how to increase your enjoyment even more.
Congratulations Jerome, and welcome to the Pantera community. As Adams says, join PI and you will find a very helpful group of great people. Enjoy your new ride! Mark
Thats the Dallas Raines car I was considering it seriously then a Ferrari deal pooped up I could not refuse............ Enjoy. I love the early cars with the flat rear deck and no vents in the hood!
It's 3.1416 silly. It's also Pantera International. Great group, seriously knowledgeable. All kinds of parts threads, updates, DIY stuff, events, you name it. You can join for free but donations gladly accepted.
POCA is another good Pantera Club. Short for Pantera Owners Club of America. Monthly magazine with tech articles. They also have additional bigger issues(one or two per year).
Some really cool Pantera pics from the Radcliffe show this Saturday in Md. RMC 8th Vintage Italian Car Show - at Radcliffe Motorcars - Jason Peacott Photography Ron
I Have been on Ferrari Chat for a while, as I researched and recently purchased a 550 Maranello. Just noticed this thread, so thought I would post a few pix of a preservation 1974 L model that I have owned for 32 years....
