I think it's a shame how Riccis car was in the wrong mode for his qualy lap (according to RB this was a silly mistake that cost them third in qualy). Would have been great to see him fend off vettel in an inferior car.

Hopefully it's not another boring race. I know it's hard to overtake in this track but if Ferrari can get there strategy right look out merc.

He who gets to the first corner first wins. Unless they have a dnf. That'll be Ham then...

Hopefully Vet can spoil the Merc party and grab second.

I hope for a good race but I made more passes on the Autobahn today than have been made in Monaco the last 5 years lol!! :) Who knows we may yet be surprised. The setting is amazing but the racing many time not as much....

Let's hope it gets deployed because Ham and Ros tangle on the first corner...

Temps are way up compared to qualy. Could change the things with the tires.

That's Monaco...more about pageantry and misfortune than racing. Still worth watching as you never know when a poorly timed crash may cast race strategy into shambles. Plus, it's still one of the last links to F1's roots

That definitely helps the Scuderia, though tire changes here is more about rules than degradation (generally speaking)

Brundle expects later tire changes with the tires later coming up to temp, ie more laps required.

Good try by Vettel, but he was foiled by the oil (sand on the track from a previous collision). At least he was able to save it.

Good driving by Nico and Vettel to avoid each other.

Mad Max making a risky pass, considering the target. He pulls it off though!

I think that hot temps would favor the Ferrari tire wear but there are no high speed curves here....
