My buddy just purchased this beautiful low miles CS from Continental. Going to pick her up on Tuesday.
I bought a 360 (LHD) back from Macari in 2002, kept it in London and used it on the continent. Great dealership to work with.
This is a video of my friend in his Stradale with GTC frontbumper (he has the original bumper new in box). His car sounds amazing! I'm in the 599. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mzhB1xLTu0[/ame]
US Stradales sound good, but European Stradales sound Even better. The US Stradales have pre-cats which results in a somewhat reduced sound. This country...

let us hear it at startup and WOT. even at start up there is a noticeable difference in sound from stock CS exhaust and stock 360.
I was under the impression that the U.S. Stradale did not have pre-cats. Can anyone confirm this for sure ?
That's why US Stradales are not as loud as European Stradales. I heard of a guy in northern California a few years ago who went to a lot of trouble to remove them (they're built into the headers). I imagine doing that would open a big can of worms.
The reason I was interested was due to reports of pre-cats causing engine problems if they deteriorate and the debris gets sucked into to motor. I thought with a CS, I was not subject to this. Am I wrong ?
