Dusk Drive--2015 Edition!!

Ok Folks,

We are WAY overdue for one of our dusk drives!!!!

I propose we meet at C&C the Evening of Thursday, June 25th, at 6:15pm, go for a nice drive and arrive at the Four Dogs Tavern around 7:30 for dinner.

I know its been awhile, and I am sorry for not doing this sooner, as you may or may not know, JoeMac's had a procedure done a few weeks ago that didn't go exactly as planned.

For those of you who doubt my loyalty, please know I was at his bedside the entire time.
I kept insisting that I had his power of attorney, but they absolutely would not let me pull the plug...something about him being conscious and alert...blah, blah, blah. Anyway, Joe is fine and, although one popped during surgery, the other implant survived and looks very natural... or at least that is what I need you to tell him...while not staring...at his giant double D left breast...

Rain date is Friday, June 26th...or whenever we damn well feel like it.

<serious voice>. Can't make this one but I'm happy to drive north for some fun and some teasing you with the old car. I'll bring three people and a picnic basket.

Is it the grey 12c they brought to the hospital event that you bought? I was tempted at that event to talk to them about it.

 

Haha! Please-- I have done it in the TR and the Mondial--- this year will be neat to actually see where I am going

As for the Mclaren--- it may be the same one...the wheels were custom painted on mine to have more of a shadow finished, but that may have been done subsequent to the event.

Great seeing you at Dupont, hopefully you will make it out to one of these events soon!

Bummed -- probably won't be able to make it that day, but would definitely be in for the rain date. But who knows -- if I'm in town I'll definitely join, just won't know until closer to the date. Will keep you posted.

I can't possibly support an F-chat event organized by a non-Ferrari owner.

Kidding of course, but I'll be out of town. I hope I can make the next one and represent the "vintage" 80's Ferrari segment which is dwindling by the day.
