I dropped my key fob and now it is not working, any suggestions?
Open it and check if battery connexion has not became loose after the drop. While you are there, clean the battery contacts on and bend them to ensure a stronger contact.
that was my first thought. For some reason the contacts become easily oxidized. Clean it with small screw driver and it should work.
Check the battery and contacts but if it's lighting up like you say, Sounds like something came loose inside, perhaps a component fell of the circuit board inside and will need to be resoldered. Worst case, if you get stuck on this, let me know. I can always readout the eeprom and transfer to a used one if youre worried about sending out of the country.
Lucky for me, i replaced the battery and cleaned the sides and it worked! Thank you all for your help!
