    Waste of money !

I have done 4 sets now. They all come back 1-2% better than before (that is rounding error), patterns did not change, and no noticeable improvement at all. I would say that unless you have a running problem, and you suspect injectors clogging or poor pattern, forget the cleaning. Spend that money someplace else.

Great and often overlooked service item to either replace/upgrade or rebuild, especially if the upstream portions of the fuel system have all been serviced. The micro filters can collect and become restricted with fine sediments, as well as malfunctioning/drippy valves. O-rings can also degrade over time. With the relatively high duty cycle that the stock 348 pieces run at, there isn't a ton of headroom for degraded injector performance, especially in a modified car. I'd service every 7-10 years.

For contrasting view, I send my FI's out every major for service. I want my cars to be 100% but I cam time every time too, flush brakes and coolant every year even with extended life coolants. IMO spray pattern is everything.

Five years back I sent out my injectors for testing and cleaning. Most of them where only a point or two off. One was a bit low, and another a little lower than all of them. After cleaning they all came back right on spec. In my opinion it helps the injectors last longer.

I sent mine off to Mr. Injector and they came back with a report that said they didn't need the cleaning. Increases were immaterial.

Agreed. Over the winter I had the injectors in my ///M3 track car cleaned. They weren't far off but the engine now idles very evenly and seems to run smoother. Doesn't cost a lot, so why not?

I've typically sent injectors to RC but they were closed for the holiDaze when I needed the ///M3 injectors cleaned, so I sent those to Cruzin' Performance. Seems like they did a great job, the service seemed more personalized than RC recently, the turnaround was super-quick, and they were a couple of bucks cheaper per injector. I think I'll use them again. No affiliation with either place, just reporting my own experiences.
