    Sort of looks like brake vacuum servo check valve. Attached inline on the vacuum line coming off the left side of the plenum. It should block air flow in one direction otherwise I'm wrong.

    Checkvalve in the vacuum line to the brake booster. Point the arrow towards the engine

    Are the red caps just to keep it clean inside? Reminds me of the one way check valve off the plenum that supplies vacuum to the brakes.
