    Understood but this the problem of the one who gets the penalty...Now you add 7 seconds for another violation or just 3 to be fair and at the end you need a computer to know who ended where...

    They can take the penalty IF they have another stop. If he's forced to stop to serve a stop/go penalty, that's in essence a 25-sec penalty.

    I agree with the rule for a minor infraction.

    It should be a drive thru. No point having 5s penalty. If he was leading the race by 20s he wouldn't be penalised in anyway.
