Those do look good. I cannot make out any markings on the tires. Where were the pictures taken and do you know who took them?
The tread pattern of the one on the car carrier is different to the ones made by Pirelli Turkey, are they still Pirelli!!!!
Unfortunately I forgot what website I got the first two pictures from. I thought someone on this board canl recognize the tread pattern. I will search the web again.

@Taz5555 ... thanks for the offer. @euro_king .. Thank You, Glenn did part of the restoration during the first 3 months.
Lockheed AP-racing 41mm diameter brakes pistons. Amazing how cheap this older Landie parts is. Just remember You have to buy 16 pistons for the whole front set. The newer 1991+ Defender has a bigger 46mm pistons. Make sure You get the older one, 41mm dia x 34mm thickness. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Test drive again today to my Dad's house after the front brakes have been overhauled. Great brakes BTW. No more acting up/locked brakes. Sure enough the old problem with home sensor (Marelli part SEN8D) come back again. It failed to read when the engine is hot. Had to wait until it cools down for an engine restart (about 10 minutes, until water temp is about 85C). The ambient temperature is quite hot about 40C and 90% humidity, not a good day driving a car with dog's breath Aircon even at full power. It is colder when I open the windows. Something I never do down here. I always bring my mechanics in another follow car with complete tools and fluids. I already get used to it now. Never drive alone.
Magnetic Spaghetti part SEN8D is designed to fail a few hours after lunch ... so you can call the office and say you have car trouble and cancel all meetings / work. The component is working as designed.
Tony, This is from the same dyno place, testing a Toyota Land Curiser 6-cyl 4,500cc 1FZFE engine with supercharger and piqqyback ECU. The standard 1FZFE engine produces 215ps/212HP. With Supercharger and tuned ECU is about 290-300HP at crank. The Land Cruiser is using a 35inch tires. The wheel HP is only 127.6 HP. Using this same math the LM's 175 wheel HP resulted in 399-411 crank HP. https://www.facebook.com/ovisardjan/posts/10153201531549403?pnref=story Image Unavailable, Please Login
Stopwatch, terminal speed on GPS , 400 metres and a weigh bridge will settle this question. We can work out the HP at the wheels next time we're at Sentul racetrack.
