    I am looking at a 1970 green 365 2+2 located in Spain. 8,100 km. Number plate shows engine no. 245, chassis no. 13265. Does anyone know anything about this car?
    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yep, a 365 GT 2+2 is a very different car than a 365 GT4 2+2.

    I don't think I'll ever have the chance but I'd like to be able to drive some of the older vintage models to see how they drive.

    Jim,I sold my lovely '64 330 GT 2+2 last year.
    They,sort of,drive like the GT4 without power steer and independent suspension,having said that,my 330 suspension was set up by a the previous owner who regularly tracked it.
    Other folk who were qualified enough to drive it,said that it was the best handling 330 they'd had a go in.
    They are heavy at low/parking speed but come into their own on the open road.

    A 330GT has nothing in common with a 365GT4 2+2. I have a 365GT4 2+2 and have had two of the 330GT 2+2s and they drive completely different. The GT4 has an engine with torque and the 330 depends entirely on RPMs so you have to shift gears every time you overtake another car and they ride and rattle like a truck.

    And to confuse things even more, this misplaced thread is actually about a 365 GT 2+2, which drives much more differently than your 365 GT4 2+2 than you might imagine. Even so, neither of these cars drive anything like the 330 GT 2+2 in my opinion.

    That said, since the OP has already created a new thread in the proper forum, I will close this one so we can put an end to the confusion.
