For me the front looks very similar to the Veneno.... Which was not very appealing either...

 

Not sure if I just missed it or it wasn't posted here yet. Peter Mann's FXX K looks stunning.

 

Best looking by a country mile. Cleaner and uncluttered and simply but beautifully detailed-wonderful.

 

It seems that it has been the initial render. I would wait a tiny moment to see 'the real thing'
No spots so far? - Can't believe it . Or we all gonna go to Le Castellet .

 

umm....looks just like the launch car except the color is blue...would love to see if he would have the tdf tinted roof as well as all the exposed carbon parts replaced with tinted blue as well, i would agree with you if that's the case. i am still waiting to see a single version without having the vent on the hood painted black.

 

From the glimpse we have in post #723, no tinted cf.

 

from the only photo i agree it is most likely just black.. but tinted blue carbon is hard to notice in certain lighting, for example, that very recently custom color blue laferrari has tinted blue carbon parts on it and it wasn't noticeable to me until higher res photos surfaced.

 

None of the front vents/roof are in black but in a dark grey metallic

To answer the other questions: no there is no visible carbon roof because it is too difficult to (1) replicate and (2) too fragile for a track car.

All the carbon on the exterior and interior - which is normally shiny will is matte on mine. As to the design looking like the launch car, yes that's right! I find the design that Manzoni put together to be gorgeous so I left it as is and changes the colours.

I too am surprised there have been no spy shots !! But only a few days to wait!!!

Shakedown and then off to the Castellet!!!

 

I met Ken Okuyama earlier this year when he was judging the Red Dot Awards in Essen Germany. He sent me this picture, but he told me that the car was a mockup.

thanks for the info peter. i like the subtle tinted blue on your laferrari and that would be awesome to be carried over to the fxxk, be that exposed carbon or not, simply because i think blue unify the car much better than black/grey metallic.

there was that one and only one posted a few pages back with a different wheel sets on it but that's it..but i must say that any fxxk that is not red is a breath of fresh air to me, would love to see how it looks!

Any idea when the cars will hit some tracks in the states? I think it's the best sounding car I have ever heard next to the old Formula One cars.

 

There is a Corse Clienti event in New Orleans after Spa and before the Finali Mondiali. Perhaps certain US clients will bring theirs to Nola? Unfortunately I will not

 

Well, that was predictable, wasn't it?

 

Of course we knew it will be gorgeous but it's nice to have picture of it - not just have to imagine it in your head.

 

Our FXX-K will be at NOLA.
