Hi Joe. I was looking through your 288 GTO book to see the placement of the silver Pininfarina styling badge on the rear fender and saw that the prototype example didn't have them. Many of the photos in your book show the car without the badges. I went on to notice that the pre-production example in the iconic shot of Dario Benuzzi smoking the tires at Fiorano is even missing the Scuderia shields on the front fenders.
