Yep. Their rehabilitation back into society is almost complete over here, not that I ever doubted that would happen Maybe it was someone else who predicted the white wash this time around, thought it was you at Scampton but perhaps not. Glad you enjoyed the day despite the weather. Will be a slightly bigger display this year, both on the ground and in the air - about 150 cars of which I'm organising 50 Ferraris, Lambos and others including a Hurucan, F50, Ford GT, Mercedes SLS AMG, Porsche 918 Spyder to name a few, as well as every Ferrari in the 'normal' V6/V8 line from 246 Dino to 458 for a line up. Should be a good turn out, just hope for better weather
We have to replace Watson with Marsh, and if Starc doesn't come up then probably Siddle will replace him. I reckon this is the kick up the date they needed, and we'll go on to retain the urn. I note of course that we only need to drawer the series to achieve this. So, maybe a 2-2 result or similar.
Lol! Very good. I think we've still got Arya, Sansa, and Bran (although we didn't see much of him last time around) Any of them would probably be more use than Watson, mind.
Promising start by the lads. Great run rate. The Poms are panicking already. (cue batting collapse)...
The thing that concerns me most at this stage is that this pitch already has drawer written all over it. I've seen more life in a morgue's fridge. Let's hope it quickens up a bit in the next day or two.
I'm finding that sentence hard to understand Nice to see the Aussies turned up, Nose Heavy might be a bit quieter this time round
Right, time to put the foot down. We need to bat till about half an hour after tea, and we need to be on at least 580 by then. Send the Poms in, and hopefully have them 2 or 3 down at stumps. The pitch looks a little more lively than yesterday, but still flatter than a boxer's nose...
As an VW/Audi driver, you'd now be an expert on boring. But from a cricket perspective this Test is looking like a cracker!
