Anyone know anything about an airbag issue? Have seen it mentioned in a couple of places. Could be effecting the delay in my build.

I read the news at 9 this morning. 9:30 the dealer called asking me to bring the car in today for a airbag swap. Took all of 20mins.

Of all the adjectives I would use on Ferrari, efficient is not one of them, but this time they proved to me they are very efficient.

    Does this affect EU cars?

The recall affects cars produced between Dec 2014-April 2015. Regardless of markets.

My dealer also reached out to me immediately, both sales and service. They are taking this very seriously. In the US, a bunch of cars in the delivery process (F12 and even a LaF) are (or were) being held up until it could be addressed.

My understanding is that the issue here was how the airbags were installed -- apparently some where rotated 90 degrees from what they should have been. Not sure if this was a problem at the F factory or with how the airbags came labeled for installation, or what.

Glad to hear the fix was not a big deal.

I got my car in early January and supposedly it's not one of the affected cars?
