no...you are asking a fair question. I will not waste a premium stick on the uninitiated. out of principle!

I don't Exclusively smoke high end cigars but on the low end I'm not smoking bundle stuff.

I keep a couple $5-8 options for myself and have no problems handing those to people who don't normally smoke. I'm not wasting an Opus, Padron, My Father, Tatuaje, Liga Privada, Avo, Ashton VSG/ESG or La Palina Goldie on someone that can't appreciate one.

But at the same time, I won't give them something I won't smoke myself. I want more people to enjoy cigars, so I won't pass out trash cigars - of which there are many.

I always keep a section in my humidor for the the unitinitiated or unappreciative as I put it :)...Usually free samples that I get or cigars that don't meet my standards anymore, like the mild or mild to medium ones...

    Haha send them the bill.

Yes without a doubt I have cigars that if someone wants to try one who doesn't smoke often. I keep them in the same one but use the sales experience and give them the "try this one" section of my humidor.

    Meh.

Had good words about this stick So i picked it up. Higher price point and I don't feel that any of it really stood out.

Don't remember if I posted this before or not so my apologies if I did.

    La Palina's Pasha.

Very, very good. I love so many of their cigars. This is their flagship line, new Miami series comes in a coffin.

If you're a strict Cuban smoker I highly recommend these as a readily available alternative.

I'm not much a fan, we had gotten a handful of the first release and they sold out quickly. There's another batch coming and I'll order more, but I also didn't care much for them

    It's a 2 wedding Saturday.

Just enough time to sneak a Flor De Selva from Maya Selva in between!
And a very rare selfie. I almost feel bad for taking one.

    What a weekend.
Lay out of the show made for a ton of walking. Wish I had turned on my app to count steps one of the days. Smoked my ass off. Ate a ton of GREAT food. Met tons of great people both locals and industry folks.

Got taken care with amazing hospitality and cigars by the folks at La Palina and PDR Cigars and at Don Leoncio Cigar Bar.

Found some exciting new products especially from Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, Padron Damaso, Warped Cigars, and Jose Blanco's Senorial and Freyja.

Nice little haul to take back and divy up!
Pete - what did you like the best of everything you've gotten to smoke from the show?
