    When in 1973 though ?

I thought it was painted green specifically for the paris motorshow in October '73 so would have been red for greater majority of the year
and isnt that still the earlier interior ?

I think this is around MC time (May) in 1973, Coltrin is riding with him.

Coltrin? I thought that shot is from the Nichols CAR article where he rode with him back from Monaco to the factory - car was still red then

We were "thinking" too much concerning #1120001, including myself.

google "green car unlucky" and hundreds of pages will show up

i dont generally subscribe to all that stuff (though my family do) but I will admit when I bought a green car my life took a turn for the worse and when I sold it things changed back around - totally coincidental i'm sure, but why tempt fate (and moaning by the family - lol)

I still like some green cars - the Miura Joe Sackey had painted in lime green was fabulous
    but not the darker shades.

anyways enough waffle - lets get back to discussing the Countach :)

    Could be.

But one thing that has me convinced they were 15s is that a certain factory worker of the period tells me the L500 wore the same Pirelli CN12 tires as the Miura SV on front (7) & rear (9), and the SVs tires were definitely 15s.

It's also documented here in the 1971 vol 28 of style auto. Style auto were close to the Italian coachbuilders often publishing the blue prints or the working drawings of the cars.

Giving the lag time of the publications of the period, this may have been printed before the car was unveiled in Geneva?
