How many waiting for a 458 Speciale or Aperta?

How many of you are still waiting for a 458 Speciale or Aperta that have a confirmed allocation? What status is your car? Any production photos? Descriptions please.

I am waiting for my Avus Bianco with Blue Nart Stripe Aperta, all leather Blue Sterling interior, gold wheels and lots of carbon. Currently at status 30.

 

As of last week, I was at status 85, waiting for my Speciale to go on the boat. It's Rosso F1 2007 with a custom Nero/Argento NART stripe.

Our Aperta hasn't even gone red10 yet. It's Bianco Fuji with Bordeaux leather inside. We are waiting on the confirmation from the factory if they will do Rosso Coburn for the stripe. If not, it will be Rosso Fiorano. Here is an interior shot from the configurator.

Awesome spec. My fav color for F-car!

 

Mine should be in Code 90. Submitted my order to FNA back in February. Speciale in Bianco Avus with Italia Livery Stripe plus gold wheels.

 

I wanna see that, white with the gold wheels is amazing.

 

Did you get any factory pictures of your white Speciale with Gold wheels? My Aperta is also white with gold wheels and am anxious to see how it looks.

My speciale was may production now they are telling me i have to wait until september because the factory shuts down in august. Surely this must be some sick joke. The first messages i got was that the silverstone opaco paint i had chosen would take extra time, then the cf interior also took extra time, and instead of getting the finger out and get the car delivered, they shut down the factory what the flying ****, who do they think they are? is this how they handle their customers....

 

Ummm, Italy, August, closed. End of story. :-(

 

They have always shut down in August - your dealer knows this as do most people that have ordered a new car. Aside from that more people are customising their cars through the Atelier or Tailor Made programs and ordering non-standard car on, materials and paints. They are a small volume producer and this causes delays. This year was worse partly because of the airbag recall. So it's not a sick joke and half of Europe shutting down for August is a fact of life and unions!!

 

Chill out dude....breathe.....breathe......you need to be around to enjoy the car when it finally comes!

 

Status 60 as of July 28th. Just got this pic from my dealer on the 6th. Says shipping September 1st... Im guessing Ill see her by the end of October.

I had a late may/ early july slot and I ordered mine in Bluelectico, 1of1 for the special coupes.. maybe they liked my spec and put it in the fast lane

How do you know it is 1 of 1? I've been trying to get production numbers in my color, but nobody can tell me that info... Did you get this info from someone in Maranello?
