    several of my friends with houses in the south of france have had this happen to them.
    this is what happens in a land without sufficient law enforcement and no border controls.

    no, houston is the best state within the greater entity where crimes of this nature could happen.....

    one of my friends with a house just above nice, came back from a weekend away to find everything in the house gone, right down to doors, windows, some flooring etc. they essentially stole everything in the house and all the good stuff on the house - and nobody stopped it or even called the police. when everyone else is scared of the thieves, its all over.

    I was burglarized many years ago while away and remember the feeling. Having this all go on while your wife and yourself are unconscious must be disturbing indeed.
    Some comfort in that they are "only" thieves.
    Jens must be sleeping with one eye open these days, just what the team needs.
