I think it's a Koenig. I'm not sure what happened to them. They used to be big in the 80's and early 90's.
Yes, a Koenig tuned car. Their modified TR's had a similar look. I don't think it's a disaster - just from an era where that was actually sought after. It was frightfully expensive - and normally came with twin turbos. I still like some of their modified cars even though today it looks like they were "trying a bit too hard..." Robb
Once you get over the initial shock, the car isn't actually bad looking, I think they just went a little too far. Agree with Jay, original wheels would be better and I would remove the wing.
I've seen pics of a whole lot worse. I also think it would have looked better had they started with a TB/GTB.

Perhaps if you put a link in to the advert you took the pictures from then you'd save a lot of guessing from people on here!: Used 1994 Ferrari 348 for sale in North Yorkshire | Pistonheads "An exclusive Ferrari, being one of only two right hand drives in the world, it has a 3.4 V8 twin turbo engine producing over 520bhp" Sounds interesting!
Look at it this way, when you're driving it you're not having to look at it, and with 520bhp on tap, other motorists won't be looking at it for long! (At least in a straight line! Lets be honest here, the 348 chassis can be pretty frisky in the corners with the the standard 300/320BHP! - 520BHP of sudden turbo power could easily end in tears if you don't seriously know what you're doing!) I see you're in the UK - Give them a call and find out. (It's a Marmite car and it's been advertised for a while now so they might be open to offers)
