The blue 2 ft flames are too cool!! Nice to see its still possible in a 2016 Ferrari. Wonder what you would see from the same camera angle on a Tesla?
I saw Maria Callas at a record signing in San Francisco when i worked there. She arrived in a huge limo and wore a full length mink coat and sunglasses. She was very dramatic in her actions and in every way a diva...larger than life. She was a soprano AND mezzo soprano. Sang both roles in her career. Very rare indeed. No backfires. Ever. Ciao
The 458 was a collaboration between in-house & pf, just like the LaF. In previous generations, design was wholly outsourced to pf with Ferrari approval. Speciale is 100% in-house, hence no pf badging.

Some educational reading material for you: Flavio Manzoni on the Design of LaFerrari « Form Trends and How Pininfarina Designed The LaFerrari Without Getting Paid For It and to pull a direct quote from the articles: "Flavio Manzoni took us around the design of the car, explaining how three concepts were initially chosen — two designed in-house and one by Pininfarina." And if you look at the images of the Pininfarina concept, you can see that quite a good chunk made it home to the final LaF product.
How come the sound is louder at lower rpm than higher? IMO, this car sounds like a loud 911 turbo, but it looks 100 times more beautiful.
I drive a 991 Turbo S and change now to 488. I can tell you that the sound of 488 is much more better and much louder than the Turbo S. Inside + Outside
