    I need to have a EGT fitting welded to my Capristo. Anyone know what size probe Ferrari uses? 1/4?

    If you mean the bung, it's a M10 x 1.

    In my experience this is hard to find. I used part of a banjo bolt included with a Tial waste gate. Can send you one if you strike out otherwise.

    On my 348 those fittings are 5/16-24, but I would absolutely conform that is true for a 355 before going any further with it-- they are probably metric on the 355.

    You can just weld a stainless nut with the appropriate thread.....does not have to be the oem style bung. If you want the look you can also weld a small piece of stainless round pipe to the nut ...then weld to the "nut/round pipe" muffler.....simple

    It's a metric compression coupling. The threads are m10x1 as John said.
