hi guys, I have only 1 key with my 360, bought a pre-cut key off ebay and now looking for instructions for removing the blade off the aluminium casing. Searched the entire 360/430 section but couldn't find anything. Has anyone done this and can share the process?

Sorry but I don't recall any threads on that subject. Replacing the blade in an enzo key yes but not the aluminum triangle keys.

I know someone who's done that to their aluminium key - he posted the pics of the process somewhere else, and wants $150 for the job. I've got a feeling it's a relatively simple job, but without knowing at least what is used to bond the blade to the casing and what may be used to brake that bonding, I'm not confident to do it myself.

Took the advice on this thread. Paint stripper to get the paint off, with a bit of 2000 sanding to get the last bits off. Then spent 10 minutes with the Cape Cod polishing cloth. There are still lots of scratches visible (as seen in the photos), but only if you look closely.
