    Dear Stefano,

Aaberg is a perfect idea - I'm also intending to go there!
It would be nice to meet either there or on the way there (I'll drive Basel - Härkingen - Solothurn - Aarberg).

    Who else will be there?!?

    Hi Stefano,

If you take the highway from Lucerne to Bern you will pass by Härkingen ( 47.313530, 7.806412 ), where we all could meet.

What time would you like to arrive in Aarberg? - I've been there last year, arriving towards lunch time. Then the village is completely full of F-cars (impressive!) and you can't access anymore with your car to the main square. I consider therefore a quite early arrival...

    Who else would join us?

    David

For those who don't want to drive to Aarberg, another opportunity this week-end: go watch Passione Engadina. "A gathering reserved to Italian historical cars only, is to take place in the wonderful setting of St. Moritz and the Engadin, and this year is dedicated to Ferrari, the team of the Cavallino Rampante."

Guys, Barabba and I will do the Susten Pass early in the morning, I belive around 7.00/7.30 AM and we will then go through Interlaken-Thun - Bern, much more exciting than on the autobahn at 80 km/h (schnegge-fahrt)

Would someone amoung you be interested in meeting in Wassen and go to Aarberg with us passing Susten and on the Interlaken - Thun lake???

otherwise we can meet in the region of Moosseedorf....

    Cheers guys

I just watched a few youtube videos from past Aarberg meets, and it looks like a lot of fun.

One question though, does one have to register in advance? I see they charge CHF 40.00 for you to park in the center of Aarberg and let people look at your car. Small gift bag included. Not a big deal, just a bit silly. Can you just roll up to "the red carpet", hand over two 20 chuff notes, and you are in?

Have you ever seen a Ferrari Meeting "free of charge"? But I belive it deserves those 40.- which is nothing compared to other Fmeeting prices...and no, no registration is required.

I have only gone to F meets that are free. Cars and coffie in Oftringen. They gave us bottled water when we left. Remo and Open air tours (Open Air Tours - Cabriolet & Sportwagen). Free and amazing. Parkplatz in Mythenquai is free on Sundays :)

    Dear Stefano,
Susten in the morning is definitely the right decision!!!

    Antonio, Markus and William:
We might meet then in the Härkingen area?!? Probably 08.15h would be good?
PS: The 40CHF will definitely be worth it!

David, Härkingen is out of our way to Aarberg, better we meet in the area Moosseedorf, Zollikofen, Wiggiswil...cause we will arrive either from the A6 Thun-Bern or from the Bernstrasse on the lake...

Therefore I suggest for those who do not want to do the Susten pass with us to reach Aarberg, we can meet in Shoppyland Einkaufszentrum in Schönbuhl (google 47.017059, 7.492449)

I belive we will be there between 8.30 and 8.45

Dear Stefano: I understood your way chosing the Susten - when I proposed Härkingen, I thought about Antonio and William, as the will drive the A1 towards Bern - 8.30 to 8.45 in Schönbühl is pretty ambitous for you from the Ticino!!! But from my side it would be ok.

Dear Antonio and William: are you in - would we then meet first in Härkingen to drive to Schönbühl an meet there the Ticino-friends??

We will start from Lugano at 6 AM and be in Wassen at 7.15 I think therefore 8.30 in Schönbühl should be fine... But are you joining us in Wassen too and do Susten pass?
