My low mileage red 1989 328 GTS...I think 9 years?
Actually was thinking that about your GTC/4, and then that it was 9 years ago that Ian Campbell passed away - time flies. M
I always type 'fixed' there when I make a change to peoples posts when they mess up the actual [/quote] part of it. In this case, I made a change to the thread title. I am sure PP won't mind.
So, just to clarify, you're getting upset because a thread has diverged slightly from the original premise?
I remember when you were posting links while "looking" for the Ferrari and now it's 5years of ownership Cmon we kept up with the GTR in GG 2010 10years of spam lol I don't understand UK owners buying red carpet. WOW implessive
Initially I would have said the same thing, for sure. And I think that one of my very first posts on this website was along the lines of "I've just bought a car which has red carpet which I MUST change, what should I do"? Virtually every answer was "change them for black" because that's what Aussie delivered cars seem to have. But... I actually think that with Crema leather the black carpet - although it looks great - is not necessarily superior to the red. It's just personal taste. Black: Image Unavailable, Please Login
I agree. Crema and black provide a nice contrast, 2 colors is enough. I don't the UK preference for red carpets.
Yep, red with tan! Nope, it's almost like every UK Ferrari comes factory with red carpets and you have to option another colour carpet! But I really do like the Crema/black colour combo. I don't think I have seen that before, would be very unique I am sure.
Yeah. Best hotrod upgrade I ever did. TBH, if I wanted to change the carpet I think beige or similar would look better than black. Black dates the interior a lot IMO. Reminds me of my old Commodore. That is not a good thing. Maybe that's why all the bogans on here love it...
