    Hey local fellows,
I'm interested in a vehicle advertised at Automotive Restorations in Stratford (CT).
The problem is that I am on the other side of the Atlantic!

Anyone had some experience or any opinion on this company.
Thanks in advance for the good & the bad...

Automotive Restorations is a reputable company and has been in the Biz for many years, I have visited the facility and have viewed the for sale cars. I would of course try to get a inspection done on the car, as I would of all cars of value.

That's my understanding of their reputation. They run a big vintage racing support operation. Nothing spectacular or very bad, just a good solid shop. A friend had a problem with the quality of the restoration they did for him but overall I think that they are a place that I would do business with if they had something I was interested in. I still would do my own personal inspection and have a potential car checked out independently, just like with almost any other shop, except possibly a Paul Russell or other shop of similar caliber.

If your interest is in the red Dino, I saw it up close last night. Very nice. I wish I had a spare $375k…actually I wish I just had $375k spare or otherwise!

Many thanks for jour various feedback.
In fact I want to find something totally différent of my Euro glass 308 and I'm looking for an Austin Healey 3000 MkI, BN7; they have in ARI à fine exemple.
Is the reason why I asked for their reputation.
