Somehow, I didn't notice the aftermarket exhaust. That makes sense though, I can just imagine seeing it drive down 77 while the rear end is melting off lol.
Think it was the NoviTec Rosso 458 for sale from Metrolina? Today, in Raleigh, I saw a black Maserati GranTurismo Convertible heading south in Six Forks right near Strickland at about 2:15.
Very well could've been. It didn't seem like a normal 458 judging by the way it took the bumps at Tyvola and Park.
Finally....I thought I might not ever see anything decent in Raleigh/Cary again lol, because it had been so long. Then... Today, Aug 28th, in Cary and Apex: White Lotus Europa heading towards downtown Cary on Kildaire Farm Rd in front of Trader Joe's at right about 3:00. I later saw the car at turning onto Ten-Ten Rd from Kildaire Farm. Red Ferrari F430 Spyder pulling out of Waverly Place onto Kildaire Farm Rd at about 3:15. Here is a pic of it screaming by me on Tryon Rd outside of Regency Park. Originally I thought it might be the same one I've seen once or twice around the area, but the wheels look different. Red Dodge Viper RT-10 Convertible heading north on US 1 at 3:25 or so. Red Ferrari 308 (or maybe 328, couldn't tell) heading south on US 1 at NC 55 at 3:30 or so. I was stuck in traffic on the exit ramp and happened to just catch a glance of it driving past. Image Unavailable, Please Login
After a grueling 20-mile run this morning, I was on my way to HT to get something to eat, before I passed out. At around 10 AM, I encountered a Ferrari 458 (Silver) heading east on 51 in Charlotte; near Arboretum.
This morning I saw a red Alfa Romeo 4C on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. The driver had his window down so I called out "ALFA!" as he passed me. He glanced over and then gave me a few quick revs of the engine. Made my day. And man did it sound good. The driver definitely seemed like a cool guy. Wish I could've gotten some photos to share!
This past Saturday on our way uptown Charlotte for a concert a 430 coupe on Marvin rd near 51 heading towards Audrey Kell and then moments later a white Gallardo passed us on 51 and the 485 flyover. After seeing both I questioned why I sold my 430 and why I am selling my Gallardo?
I actually haven't ever been by LC. I just check the websites of the exotic car dealers in Charlotte from time to time and noticed a blue 2004 E-Gear car at MAG. It said 'Sold!' on the article so it must have sold recently because they don't leave the listings up forever.
