We were told US orders would be Q1. Is this for European orders?

We did the Tailor Made session on my F12. You will be presented with several racks of Frau leather in many colors and grades. We went with furniture grade leather, although I imagine there are several grades even within that category. The designer spent several hours in the studio, so I am sure by the time you leave Maranello you will be very happy with the myriad options you'll be presented with. Hope that helps.

I've not been to the factory yet was an interior designer for many years, family is in the business, and it sounds like they have many options and can walk you through the choices.

Analine dyed top grain leather is amazing, with no top coat of protection and a great feel (hand). Yet keep in mind that it will show wear faster, and hold stains ... it will look unbalanced with increasing miles and normal wear.

If you are on a 3 year lease maybe that's not a concern, if you're keeping it longer then a balance of some of the analine hand with some partial protection is maybe best. The Daytona seat is most comfy IMO, that's the bigger choice.

Which leather has the strongest aroma? I find the leather smell quite intoxicating!

Generally speaking with leather, the less of a top coat and the more of a top grain (analine dyed) the more the aroma comes through. However any of the higher quality leathers should have a strong smell. The issue is once you use a conditioner, which is a necessary thing once a year or so, that smell can take over.

My 2014 has been cleaned, yet never been conditioned as I don't want to change the smell.

Still looking for an unscented conditioner for good leather.

Maybe about 50 of those under the seat might do the trick? ;-)
