Pirelli getting after the teams after Vettel threw them in front of the bus at Spa. Deflate-gate, part II. Sounds like a time penalty, if the charge holds. 25-secs?
Sky are so rubbish, they kept banging on about Ferrari being involved, idiots. Both mercs were under pressured, only elton finished so he has to get the punishment
If Nico is also infringing then I think they may go wwith a grid penalty for next race so they both can be punished. seems the common sense approach
What part of breaching technical regulations don't you comprehend. Pirelli specifically stated the minimum pressures amd agreed by reams amd fia.
And Mercedes stupidly throws away a victory - I blame hammy for the Monaco stupidity but this is on Benz 1000%
I think that would be a little harsh TBH. Remember, Honda *deliberately* "hid" a tank inside the tank - very different kind of cheating. A tire a tiny bit under pressure? I'm no fan, but it (almost) remains a sport, & I'm not sure anything other than maybe a minor penalty is justified. I suspect, some penalties may come next race, but a DQ still seems a little harsh. Cheers, Ian
If they checked it before the race why didnt they just pump it up a little? Or deal with it during the race... not after.
Loved the race of Kimi! I think we saw more passing than the complete 2014 season And Massa: "I'm getting too old for this!" Fabulous (Penalty's after the race are always stupid, the tyre pressure was measured at the start, that allows the marshalls about 1,5 hours to make a decision! )
