OK, I'm serious enough to be checking out hotels. So far I'm leaning towards the Best Western at 1920 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA based on the $200 a night price and that it has a basement parking garage for (hopefully) a safe overnight for the car. Anyone else from out of town have plans?

Well worth getting within the area and participating. Presuming we work through the performance/driving "kinks" that will surely arise at Willowsprings on Weds the 30th for the Translogic filming session, It would be perfect timing. Brief update on shirts. They are $ 23.00 each. I tried to keep the cost at $ 20, but given the small run that proved impossible. In other news I am 90% certain that they will be available in Navy in addition to Black. Sorry, no other colors. I should have some final confirmation on the Navy option soon. I have a master list and will be reaching out to those who have already responded via email, but if you want to get a jump on this process please drop me a line at [email protected] if you have not already. Finally, we will be handing out shirts at the event, so if you can not join us please expect some sort of postage cost and be sure to provide me with your mailing address. Thanks!

I've had several inquiries as to what the shirt will look like. Here's a quick stab, not including the art on the left sleeve. This is just a rough idea. Please keep in mind this is very rough and I've no idea how this Navy will compare to the actual shirts. Hopefully the actual shirt may be a bit darker. The 3X8 logo will be on the left sleeve.
