Interesting resource. Unfortunately, it doesn't include 430s. I guess they exclude any car that was still made after 2006.

When do you believe they (360)will drop down in price again?

I'd love to know what the sample was for the comparison. Public sale via eBay or Autotrade/cars.com vs. auction data points..

The top condition with reasonable miles 360 will not drop, they appear to be on the rise.
    IMHO

My opinion is biased as I own one and am always optimistic. I believe Hagerty collects data from Auctions mostly, and some private/dealer sales.

If you turn to the next page, it states manual or 6 speed commands 10 to 15k over what is already presented, which is in line with what we see as asking prices.

In my opinion, just look at Honda NSX for comparison, I think that in previous years the prices dropped so much, almost 50% of the cars value, that now its slowly correcting itself. A well maintained 360, low mileage, will keep rising and so will other 360's, but the slope will be steeper for nicer cars. Of course the definition of low mileage differs in ferrari world but we all know that.

Lastly, these cars are relatively easy to maintain and reliable cars, not air cooled porsche but not bad either. And not that Ferrari is making anything cheap now a days, entry level mid engine ferrari prices are increasing with each new model introduction. When people see Boxter Spyder or Cayman GTS or others priced close of a used 360, I think it's still a decent value for entry into Ferrari world.

Could you please point out where on the next page it states that. I must have missed it.

I agree, it is most probably for a select few examples. Maybe, a few 2k to 5k miles cars traded at that price, you never know. I'm sure it was written 10k $ more, the day I posted.

I was recently offered almost the amount I had bought the car for, and I was thinking it's a great deal. I think, I will hold on a little bit longer. I bet it's going up in October :D. I'm going to die someday of pure optimism.

Oh no don't get me wrong.. the manual examples on a mile to mile basis appear to be getting $5-10k more in the market. Just wonder how much. I saw the same $10k number you did... :)
