J'adore the Foo, I really enjoy their humor and music videos. I went for a nice ruck run last night, threw that 40lb ruck on and ran until my lungs hurt, however, I haven't introduced music into my PT, maybe I'll change that up?

Oh No, It's Devo.

I'm a major MAJOR Devo fan, since I'm a kid (I was in 7th or 8th grade when their first LP hit and they were on Saturday Night Live).

My music taste varies, so I float from genre / artist. Rediscovering Devo after a long time - a great, misunderstood band.

 

Devo was what all the cool kids listened to when I was in high school. Well, all the cool kids plus me! 😀
