My car (360 CS) has started making a knocking / clicking noise when I turn / change lanes (not the indicators ;)) I guess this is some fault with the power steering? Has anyone else had this?

I assume it is still safe to drive?

Insufficient information to even make a wild guess. Is it front or back? Engine, suspension, other?

Could even be the ball joints in the front... Not enough info to begin to guess..

Ah sorry - so it's most noticable when I change lanes on the motorway. When going straight all is good but as I apply a little bit of steering lock the is a knocking sound until I take the lock off. I'd say it knocks about twice a second (maybe this is the wheel turn rate at that speed). The noise comes from the front.

Could very well be ball joints. I'd get that looked it.

Could be but - Is there any steering feedback? If so, what do you feel.

Cool thanks, I"ve booked it in to be checked. There doesn't really seem to have been any change to the steering feel - I can't feel the knocks
