    I want to paint the prancing horses on my car black. Any opinions on whether I should use matte, satin or gloss?

    I have matte on my car, looks good.

    If you have the black tail pipes, I'd match that with a matte finish, otherwise gloss :)

    Are there aftermarket or OEM options for the black horse and Ferrari script on the rear hood or do you get it done at a paint shop ?

    They start out chrome, you can take them off and get the chrome overlayed with black chrome (which is slightly harder than the original glossy std chrome.

    There probably are options but I will paint them myself.

    Good idea. I have a Speciale with matte black wheels and the matte black exhaust.

    Do you have sets that can be painted and shipped or does one need to send you the chrome one's off of their car first ?

    Dealer can arrange them to have them sent out to be changed to black.
