I'd take the grey over the green but still neither strike me as something I'd like to see on a modern Ferrari. (GTOs above included)

Go Grigio Medio - which is similar to Scuro, but a bit lighter - if you like that tone. It's a great choice.

Don't go with any british racing green colors on the 488. BRG may eventually work with racing livery on a special v8 model. Otherwise, it does not work imho.

Grigio Medio looks even better, cheers for that!

I know, I just don't want a cliche/mainstream type of colour that yells, but is slightly more humble (as silly as that sounds).

For a green I like this F12 paint color better but green seems to have a limited appeal for many people...
Some of the deep red or even a blue shade seem much more popular.
Grigio Alloy for example would seem to suit the 488.

Saw a 488 GTB in Ferro at the Factory Atelier a few weeks ago. Had bright alloys. It was beautiful, stunning. And nicely without yellow callipers.

To me that gray has always looked like primer. If it were me and I wanted gray I would go to silver.

The green I think is a real acquired taste.

I would go for Verde British. It will be nice on the 488.

If these are the only two choices, I'd actually go for green because to me, the grey looks like unfinished primer. Be advised that in the U.S. at least, green cars are hard to re-sell. If you really want a grey tone, I suggest silver or silverstone or Grigio Titanio.

Grigio Scuro looks like undercoat/primer. Horrible. As suggested above, Silverstone is a much better grey.

    I second this.

If you look for a colour that is low-key and not too common, what about Rubino Micalizzato? It's gorgeous, and I bet you, that you won't find many 488's in that colour. The upside is, that it won't hurt resale as much as green. At any rate, why not go with the polished or chrome wheels on the dark car? I just don't care for black and dark wheels.

No thanks to the grey... Primer-like for me too.

Racing green looks nice but would cause problems when reselling.

Im British and British racing green was when countries used to Race I believe in F1 red for Italia, silver for Germany , and Green for Britain. even being British I would almost refuse a Green Italian Ferrari. and the Mayor is correct the other is a Primer :) there are stunning colours available even low key. Don't be seen in Green
