Nice historic images previously posted by the gentleman from Teheran, I believe this is the P400S which actually belonged to HRH Princess Ashraf.

It was featured in the January 1975 National Geographic article "Iran - Desert Miracle" by William Graves (see page 14), by which time it appears to be in the possession of UCLA-educated Dr Kaivan Saleh, as this image (also previously posted) shows.

Yes, 4958, it was in my care previously for a short while.

Fitted with split-sump engine number 30669.

Production Number 669, completed at Sant Agata on the 20th of October 1971, new to Ben "The Red Baron" Heiderich in Spain.

"Sometimes you find a needle in a haystack..."

Discovered a 1969 Lamborghini Miura S owned by a New York Wall Street guru since 1971.... Bringing the car to its new home in Miami... will be documenting its history and sharing it with everyone here!

Massive thank you to Mr. Joe Sackey for his help and support through this process!

Dear John, that looks like a Barn, and this Miura is quite a Find, so shall we refer to this as a Barn Find?

that car was registered on swiss plate Zuerich ZH115083
i have the actual todays name and address of the actual todays holder of the plate but as far as i know we have to understand him not to be the same person or family having had that plate way back in 1968.

Does anybody know the S/N number of this car please ?

I believe that this information is in error. Miura SV # 4958 was a Factory air conditioned car. The silver car shown here is car # 4968, with engine # 30671, and no air conditioning was ever fitted to this car, as shown in various pictures. This car was restored by Bobileff Motorcar Company in San Diego.

4958 & 4968 are easily mixed up, perhaps I can be forgiven for using LP112 as my reference whilst traveling and it indeed lists the car as 4958: Detail on 1971  Lamborghini  Miura P400 SV  4958

Added to that, Ben Heiderich's car (4958) is a similar color.

So many cars, so little time.

Could be #3796. It's extremely hard to tell because Foitek alone sold about 5-6 green miuras in 1968, from the mirrors #3796 would match.

    Make your choice:

    3129 1967 1349 Green Black Prod. #64, 21.9.1967, Delivered to Foitek, FREY, 2002- In France, Aix-en-Provence
    3381 1968 1742 Green Black Prod. #149, 1.3.1968, Delivered to Foitek
3634 1968 2130 Verde miura skay panno nero Prod. #229, 24.7.1968, Delivered to Foitek
3640 1968 2145 Verde miura skay nero Prod. #222. 16.7.1968. Dealer: GARAGE DES NATIONS, Geneva
3658 1968 2221 Verde Miura skay senape Prod. #237, 14.8.1968, Delivered to Foitek, offered at Christies, 05/1996; now red with black (?) interior,
    3685 1968 2386/30491 Green/ White Black/ White Prod. #247, 23.9.1968, Dealer: RIGHETTI ex Folco UIER
    3796 1968 2586 Green Mustard Prod. #287, 27.11.1968, P400XN387, Delivered to Foitek

So in all pictures its #4968?
But this link shows real old pictures of #4968?
    http://www.lp112.com/Lamborghini/Detail.asp?Model=Miura&Version=P400+SV&offset=50&ChassisNumber=4968

    Now i´m a bit confused...

Some infos I have on this car :
I've first seen Miura P400 #3129 in France in the 90's. The car came from Italy.
At this time it was already no longer in its original green paint but re-painted in orange colour. later sold to a new owner in south of France where it has been mechanically restored and painted lime green. Then sold again, a few km further, to the owner in Aix-en-Provence. I've heard that this car has been sold in Aug.2012 to a UK owner (in London ?)

No real clue also, but based on a period CH car + the 2 prominent mirrors on the front fenders, I'd say also #3796...

Many thanks for all interest, efforts and help which is ***** 5STARS !

The Zuerich plates already on the car which - if S/N 3796 - then practically on or after 1968-11-27

The Video seems to be filmed on a sunny day and/or partially day/s, not necessary a late November day ?

Not sure if the interior is Mustard.

We see the same day/s Marzal left the factory on a truck together with some others.

Marzal, Espada, Islero, Miura - I wouldn't be surprised if this was cars setting off for Geneva 1968. There was an Espada there and a dark coloured Islero....Does anyone have pics to support this idea?
