2015 NHL Season

Any hockey fans? Hoping that with Jagr, Ekblad, Luongo and a few other key players that the Florida Panthers will finally make the playoffs again....losing last time in 7 games round 1 was a let down to say the least..any other NHL fans?

Big hockey fan here. Looking forward to see what the "rebuilding" Maple Leafs have for us this year. Penguins should be a force this year as they added Kessel to a super line up already. Chicago is a no brainer.

I think we are due for a tough loss against MTL tonight though.

If all goes the way it's looking I am hoping to see as many hockey games across North America as possible. Eyeing as we speak Chicago AT Philadelphia next week.

 

I was in Tampa for the second round series against Montreal, game 3 I think it was. Tampa scored with 1 second left in the third.

What a game!

Price wise I couldn't believe it, I paid less for better seats during the second round of the playoffs in Tampa than regular season (couple rows higher) in Toronto.

 

Here in Raleigh, we start our race for the #1 draft pick tomorrow night. We need a new owner. Let's go Flyers!

I am a hockey fan, although I don't get into it too much until the playoffs.

Used to watch it religiously all season when I was younger.

 

Florida Panthers just had two exciting O.T wins back to back, hopefully they can get a nice December-Jan in terms of W/L and make a solid push for the playoffs.

 

Die hard Leafs fan here. Yes it's been hard.

Canes-Stars a wild one last night.

 

Looks like my Florida Panthers turned it around. Season record tying 9 game win streak and Jagr is captain of the all star team : )

 

Jagr a great story and so are Panthers so far.

 

There is a good chance the Stamkos will be in Toronto next season. Ive been saying this since last year. This kid has lost his heart to play in Tampa. His Dad and the rest of his family would love to see him come home. The Leafs will be a contender in a couple of years and this is what Stevie would love. He will be at his peak(prime) years as an athlete in the next 2 or 3 years and he can't afford to waste more time in Tampa. Come home Stevie!

 

That would be great for the Leafs.

And if it re-energizes Stamkos, then great for him too.

 

Please, no! We have been hoping for years that Toronto would take Eric Staal for many of the same reasons, except of course that Stamkos scores more goals in a month than Staal does in a year. Maybe the Pension Fund has enough for both? And take Cam Ward as well, please?

 

Oilers fan here. McDavid returns after the all star game thankfully.
Also what's your guys's opinion on the John Scott fiasco. Personally I am not a fan of the fan voting but good on John for going I just feel bad fr all the troubles it has caused him. Here is an interesting article on Scotts take of the whole thing.

totally boring trade deadline. Caps and Blackhawks looking like they will meet in finals.
