    Hi,

    The power steering oil tank is located on the front left of the engine (at least for a LHD car), please refer to the attached picture.

    The procedure for oil level check is on page 66 of the manual for the 365 GT4 2+2 (manual 75/73).

    The location is the same for all cars till 412.

    The procedure for a 400i first series is page 96 and 97 of manual 176/79. For a 400i second series, page 89 and 90 of manual 250/82.

    I replaced the lock nut on the cap with a wing nut. It's much easier than getting out a wrench, and it encourages for diligent and frequent inspections (at least for me). It' one of those areas that is so easily passed over. I hope that this is of some help to someone. Thanks. Jq.
