Where to Service Euro Spec F40 in US/Canada?

    Hi,

    I have a euro spec F40 in NY, and I am looking for the best place in the US or Canada to have it set up properly and also to servicing it.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    You have many choices. Right off the top of my head, aside from Bradan, I would suggest you also consider Miller Motorcars as a dealer or if you are looking for another independent check out P1 MotorCars in Stamford CT.

    Also, read Bradans thread on the F40 servicing. Make sure your able to handle seeing your 2.5 Million dollar car in peices. They comment on how easy the F40 is to work out on.

    Let me know if you need an OEM F40 Tool Kit. :)

    Ferrari of Newport. They had 5 F40's in service, all at the same time. They have original F40 guys with lots of experience.

    Ive used them for both myself and clients for years and Paul knows F40s well.

    John has forgotten more than most techs will ever know.

    On second thought, I doubt John has forgotten anything. Or Paul. He's sorted out issues with my car that has eluded the best of the best.

    Funny thing, on that day there were 5, all 5 were different. Major things, like wiring harnesses. F40 is a complicated animal.

    some of these are pretty far flung, and far from ny.....

    i think in texas i will be using sphere and rifledriver.

    I'm not sure how far or convenient it would be for you in NY but Ferrari of Ontario in Vaughan, just north of Toronto does work on F40s and various Ferrari exotics as well as field a winning 485C in the Pirelli World Challenge Championship GT series. The dealership is owned by Remo Ferri and has very good connections with the factory.
