    Has anybody either rebuilt one ( and if so how difficult is it) or know anybody in EU who can....preferable UK....any info on this issue ..

    I have overhauled my 308 brake booster with success......But it is not a job I can recommend as a DIY operation unless you have access to the correct (Special) tools and know have to use them.
