Green, this a great color not really used by buyers but looks pleasant for the eye. I do not understand why we find 2 threads for this car? I think it will be nice to conserve the OLD one.
Grigio Ferro is very tricky to set up properly to get realistic result. http://s14.postimg.org/gn62weudt/708988078.jpg Exactly. Its sits very nicely on F12! However, I was doing renders for clients with very specific (color) requests and ideas. Today, they have very unique (color wise) examples of very limited cars. And that specific color is one of reasons they have very valuable cars.
Thanks Milanno. I think the new GF is actually less Ferro than it used to be. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks, vison color @Milano It will be nice to know the repartition of the chart of color by Ferrari. For sur, red color and black must be the most used by buyers. My idea, it s night blu with orange skin for inside, fantastic night train for people who Likes to drive long distance on motorway.
I have impression that black is getting more and more popular among Ferrari buyers. First reason is people want to get as low as possible drama in public and secondly (this will sound awkward) they want to hide some elements on car like vents, flaps & stuff.
Black cars are wonderfull when they are clean, I love them clean, beautifull. The problem Is: they provocate too much problems, always people around, on road you will have always someone who want to race. Finally, they are all but no discret. I know a man who gets a dino 246, red, full of scratches on paint, dirty ouside, But inside car it was imaculate, he prefered to live like this, no problem.
The orange skin is my choice to especially with as you say the night blu! Another collector I know also had positive comments about this color combination. I realize it is not to everyone's taste... Image Unavailable, Please Login
So, is there a Nuovo Grigio Ferro? That might explain recent examples of Ferro that don't really look like Ferro... BTW, whatever Ferro it is in Milanno's render it looks fantastic. But... the green one with silver aero-bridge??? OMG that is superb!!!
spent a lot of time at the atelier, with the configurator and the sheet metal color samples to find out my favourite. In advance I already decided for Grigio Ferro. But in real daylight I found out all the exterior carbon fibre parts are working much better with Canna di Fucile, so I decided to go for that. I also checked for Grigio Silverstone, but not working at all with the carbon fibre parts Here is my final config in CdF with Nero Stellato racing stripe. I am considering matte pearl white or matte silver; however, other choices is possible. By the way, thank you so much as you PS a tdf with bianco Fuji exterior for my reference in another thread.
I really can't wait for all the deliveries thread, especially yours... I love CdF... A Great and Rare Grey color. It would be a perfect match for your GTO. If you gor some time do not hesitate to post some GTO pictures in the Dedicated thread ! Congrats.
