Is it just me or are the wheel spokes just too thin? Of course this would never stop me from ordering one!

Interesting colors, by the way McLaren does a great job incorporating orange into it's cars.

I think that must be because of the diamond finish you can also find on the FF and the F12 wheels.

It makes the spokes look thiner.

Regarding Grigio Ferro, I have a Speciale in this color and absolutely love it. The variance you see in it between different lighting conditions makes it interesting and beautiful.

I have multiple (interesting) rendering projects every week, but I am able to publish just small part of my work because rarely clients agree on idea that I publish their requests on forums...

    Hi Marcel, that looks great.

I think the F12 TDF will lend itself very well to historic colours, perhaps its the curves?
The way Ferrari can generate downforce without horrid addenda is unique.

Is that Cuoio or Arancia inside?
    The latter would be daring

I agree the wheels look way better than how the rendering suggests. There is much more depth and even more width to the spokes. Thanks for the video- sounds great and nice controlled slide.

Looks like a lot less body roll, very quick downshifts, very early on the power and doesn't sound too bad either!

Its probably the wheel finish. The Diamond cut/grigio corsa interior wheel looks thinner due to the contrast between both shades I guess.
The spokes of the other two wheel finish (matt black and matt silver) look thicker.
    Matt silver attached.

I think the wheels are the most uninspired aspect of this car.
A car of this magnitude needs wheels with more pop and artistry.

In a way they look like Scuderia's.

Thats probably why I like them. I wasn't so sure when the first images snuck out, but the more I've seen of the wheels- you can get a good look in the high res press images that are out- the more I like them. I understand the point that this is a very important car, but I think its already got so much going on that these wheels work well. This is one of those places we will all gravitate to different aesthetics. I think Ferrari really nailed it with this car.
